Nationwide Bill Relief ("we") is an independent website. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. It was last updated on October 27, 2026.
Information you give us: When you request a callback or use our tools, we collect what you enter, such as your name, phone, email, state, approximate debt amount, quiz answers and your consent choice. Automatic information: like most websites, our servers and the services we use automatically receive your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. Cookies: small files stored in your browser that remember settings and help measure clicks and referrals.
To run and improve the site, respond to your requests, show relevant options, measure which links and pages are useful, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law.
If you check the consent box and submit a request, we share your information with the partners who can respond to it, and they may contact you as described in the consent language. If you submit a request, your information may be shared with the insurance, debt relief and bill-savings partners and affiliate networks we work with. A current list of these partners is available on request through our contact form. Depending on state law, sharing leads for compensation may be considered a "sale," and you may opt out as described below. We may also share information with service providers (such as Netlify) or when required by law.
Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you click one, the partner or affiliate network may set its own cookies or use similar tracking to record that you came from Nationwide Bill Relief, so we can be paid a commission. Debt relief, lending and bill-savings partners may also record whether you submitted a request. Those companies handle your information under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them.
Our site is hosted by Netlify, which processes standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site. Forms on this site are processed and stored through Netlify Forms. We may use privacy-friendly analytics, such as Netlify's analytics or similar tools, to count visits and understand which pages are popular. We do not sell analytics data.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and many browsers offer a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control setting. Blocking cookies may affect affiliate links but will not stop the site from working. You can opt out of marketing contact at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking a caller to stop, or contacting us through our contact form.
If you live in California or another state with similar laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access it, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, including sharing for targeted advertising. To make a request, including a Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information request, use our contact form. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us through our contact form and we will delete it.
We use HTTPS encryption and reasonable safeguards, and we keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
